Lockwood Salads has a vibrant, enthusiastic young team who are fanatical about producing the best of British food for their loyal customers. As BIG foodies, we all know how important it is that every batch of salad we produce is always perfect quality, super healthy and seriously tasty.
Adam
With over 10 years experience growing salad crops, Adam oversees the day-to-day running of the farm.
Putting the Lockwood in Lockwood Salads, there’s not a lot about leaves he doesn’t know.
In October 2019 he was named Young Person of the Year at the Fruit and Veg Awards.
Alice
By day Alice is a journalist for a national farming magazine, by night she helps with all aspects of the farm from harvesting, to farmers markets, to packing - but most importantly, lighting the barbecue after a long day.
Will
With a wealth of experience in manufacturing, processing, operations and of course farming, operations manager, Will runs a great harvest team who are responsible for getting all of our salad from the field and into the fridge as quickly as possible to ensure extra freshness.
MAureen
Maureen is our chief markets coordinator.
She’ll greet you with a smile and a good natter at all the farmers markets.

GRACE
Accounts manager Grace has recently joined the business to help take care of all the numbers.
From managing all of the day to day bookkeeping to helping with costings and strategy- she is a key member of the team. She can also occasionally be found serving our customers at our farmers markets!
